Giveaway Period

How to Enter

Limit one entry per person for each giveaway unless otherwise stated. Bonus entries may be offered for additional actions.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries unless otherwise specified. Winners will be contacted directly via official Chici Mama social media accounts and/or email.

If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Any travel-related prizes are subject to availability, scheduling limitations, and any applicable vendor restrictions.

User Generated Content

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to repost, share, and use submitted content, tagged content, usernames, likenesses, and giveaway-related materials for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and all affiliated partners from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
